when you want to uninstall things like MSN messenger etc and other stuff that the install / uninstall in "ADD or REMOVE PROGRAM" is hiding go in to 'C:\windows\inf' now look for 'sysoc.inf' and if you open it in notepad you will see that several lines have ",hide," take out the "hide" leave it blank ",," go back to the windows setup in add remove and a whole nine yards appears.
